Following on from last years improvements we have now completed the rear bedroom en-suite, which includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink. This now means there are two full en-suites and a family bathroom as well as an outside downstairs toilet. 

We are also committed to further improving the accomodation to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To date we have invested over £10,000 on improvements since we started to let the property in 2008 and we intend to carry on this investment when time permits.

The accommodation is suitable for families and larger groups (i.e two families), please check conditions if booking as a group.

Towels and linen included in price.

There is a large private garden to the rear with facilities for a barbecue. It has a large patio table which can seat 8-10 people.

The are five double bedrooms and one twin bedroom accomodating up to twelve people. There are two en-suite bedrooms that have a full size bath with shower over, toilet and basin. Three further double bedrooms (one on the ground floor). There is also a twin bedroom maing a total of six bedrooms. 

The living room has an open fire and the dining room as a gas fire. The property does have gas central heating and double gazing making it cosy during the winter months. (all fuel costs are inclusive).
